Changes at Dabba

There have been some changes at Dabba. I will announce these a little later.

But in the meantime please note that
 Township and mesh Potato related issues will be dealt with villagetelco.org and myself.  The project in Orange Farm is to be rejuvenated and put back under the auspices of villagetelco.org

International Dabba installations will still be handled by myself. These include the African Asian and Australian projects.
